#34- How to Raise Your Prices Without Guilt

Setting premium prices was never really about the number for me… it was about self-worth, alignment, and whether I could stand behind what I charged.

In this episode, I share my journey from premium buyer to premium seller, and the question that replaced “Is this price justified?”.

Introduction: How to Raise Your Prices Without Guilt

Is this price justified?

I asked myself that question long before I ever set a premium price of my own, the first time I saw someone charging 15,000 euros for a year-long group container and felt my whole nervous system react.

If you’ve ever stared at your own pricing and felt that same mix of doubt and desire, this episode is for you.

You Can’t Sell What You’ve Never Bought

Long before I raised my own prices, I became a premium buyer.

I invested in a 15K container twice, then again after becoming a mom, and each time the question came back: is this price justified? What do I get for that money?

Here’s what I didn’t expect: the results I was chasing weren’t always the point… What actually changed me was the level of responsibility, self-leadership, and standards I was surrounded by.

I couldn’t play the victim anymore; I was too busy being pushed into my own power.

That experience is exactly what let me become a premium seller faster. I’d already made that investment myself, so I was embodied: I knew what I was talking about because I’d lived it.

Every doubt a future client might raise… I don’t have the time, I don’t have the money, I’d already faced it myself, so I knew how to lead someone else through it.

Premium Pricing Is a Decision, Not a Certificate

For a long time, I assumed higher prices meant objective proof of value: diplomas, credentials, years of experience.

Then I realised the truth: on the open market, pricing is mostly a decision.

You, as the business owner, decide what your work is worth.

That’s uncomfortable, because it means there’s no external permission slip.

You can find a healer charging 50 euros who is extraordinary, and another charging the same who isn’t.

Price doesn’t automatically reflect value, which is exactly why you have to stay connected to your intuition, no matter how high the price, instead of being blinded by good marketing.

Once pricing stops being a math problem and becomes a decision, the real question changes.

From “Is This Justified?” to “Is This Embodied?”

After years of buying and eventually selling premium offers, I stopped asking is this price justified? and started asking: is this price embodied? Do I stand behind it?

That shift matters because “justified” asks the world for validation. “Embodied” asks you to check in with yourself. And it doesn’t need to be 100% certainty from day one—I’d say 70% standing behind your price is enough to start. The rest lands as you keep talking about it.

If it’s a decision and not a formula, a client once asked me: but if it’s subjective, how do I know?

That’s where feeling into it comes in: a felt price.

I’ve done that exercise with a client where the number that came up surprised her, much higher than she expected.

The body holds knowledge the mind doesn’t have; it can show you a path your mind couldn’t have imagined on its own.

Before recording, I did an intuitive drawing exercise to see what the key elements are for you to price in an aligned way. A few things emerged from it:

– Value: the price should reflect who you’ve become, not just the hours you deliver
– Self-worth: “is this price too high?” is often the surface question—underneath it is “Am I good enough?”
– Joy: selling from shame keeps prices small; selling from joy expands what’s possible for both of you
– Love: sell something you’re genuinely in love with, or the exchange will feel hollow no matter the number
– Peace: a price that’s too low creates resentment; a price you stand behind creates ease

The Belief That Was Quietly Blocking Me

One conclusion from my own buying experience almost stopped me from ever selling a premium group offer: I’d had a group container that didn’t give me the individualized support I needed, so I unconsciously decided a group offer can’t provide real transformation.

I held that belief for years, without noticing it was mine and not universal. It’s worth asking yourself the same thing: what did you conclude from your own experience as a buyer, and what is it quietly keeping you from offering?

Questions for Your Own Reflection

– Do the prices you’re charging right now let you sustain the lifestyle you actually desire?

– Is this price justified, or is this price embodied—which question are you really asking yourself?

– What have you concluded from your own experience as a buyer, and where might that belief be limiting what you offer?

– Where does “am I good enough?” show up disguised as a pricing question?

– If price weren’t the obstacle, what offer would you love to create and deliver?

– What would raising your standards make possible in your life, not just your business?

Ready to Build an Offer You Fully Stand Behind?

Creating my first true premium offer wasn’t logical or strategic for me, it was inner work, disguised as a pricing decision.
